Former Student Joins Police Force

Phoebe becomes Special Constable after studying Public Services (Extended Diploma Level 3)

Former Uniformed Protective Services student joins the police force
Former student Phoebe qualified in November as a Special Constable with the Thames Valley Police. Phoebe studied Public Services (Extended Diploma Level 3) at the College and finished last summer with D*D*D*.

Phoebe worked incredibly hard on both her coursework and the practical elements of the course, whilst applying to become a Special Constable with Thames Valley Police - something that Henley College was able to help with, similar to help with UCAS and other employment opportunities.

She joins a growing list of former students who have joined Thames Valley Police and has agreed to come back to talk to current students about her new role later in 2021.

Phoebe has already completed her first 6pm-2am shift as a Special Police Officer and we're sure she did a fantastic job.

If you are interested in joining the Police or armed forces, Prison Service, security organisations or HM Customs, then our Public Services (Extended Diploma Level 3) is the course for you. Find out more here > Public Services

Applications are now open for September 2021, so Apply now to study at The Henley College next year > Apply
