Principal's welcome

My team and I are delighted that you are thinking about coming to The Henley College for the next phase of your education. We have a lot to offer you, so I am sure you will find a course that interests you.

Each year we review the courses we offer to ensure that we are reflecting what you want and what will help you in your next step into university, a job or an apprenticeship. We are very proud of our excellent reputation, a brilliant mix of motivated students, dedicated staff, extensive employer links and excellent progression into universities and employment. 

You will be given the opportunity to make a full contribution to College life by being involved in all sorts of activities such as visits to companies and universities, talks by a wide range of outside speakers, participation in enrichment activities and societies, performing arts and sports events, becoming a student ambassador or a member of the Student Leadership Team. All of these things will really help you to stand out and to shape your future.

At the moment, you might be thinking about some of the difficult decisions that lie ahead of you, for example, deciding what to do when you leave College. We are here to help you to make the right choices. We have a great team of teachers and support staff here at The Henley College and we are all looking forward to working with you as you prepare for your future.  We take great pride in the support that we give to our students and you can be certain that we will work with you closely to make sure you enjoy your time here, learn effectively and succeed.
