Welcome to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) at The Henley College

At The Henley College, we are committed to creating a learning and working environment where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive. Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) are central to who we are as a sixth-form college and underpin our culture, policies and everyday practice.

Our approach to EDIB is aligned with the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, the Equality Act 2010, and best practice across the Further Education and sixth-form sector. We actively promote equality of opportunity, celebrate diversity in all its forms, and work to remove barriers so that all members of our community can reach their full potential.

Belonging is a key part of this commitment. We want every student, member of staff and visitor to feel safe, supported and proud to be part of The Henley College community. EDIB is embedded through our curriculum, student support, staff development and engagement with parents, carers and local partners.
