Enrichment

College life isn’t just about studying. There are many other aspects to experience, and we are committed to offering you an exciting and diverse Enrichment programme, alongside your chosen programme of study.

Enrichment is a social part of college life where you will be able to learn a new skill or develop existing skills, play a sport, or join one of many clubs. Most importantly, it is a great way to settle in and make friends. We encourage you to participate in at least one Enrichment option during your time at The Henley College, although you can sign up to as many as you would like.

Classes run throughout the week, with students able to enjoy a broad range of opportunities across many areas of interest. Every year, we are open to ideas from students for any societies they would like to set up and we support these wherever possible. We encourage student-led enrichment groups that develop leadership skills, as well as ensuring we are offering the activities our students wish to engage with.

In 2022, activities included: Musical Plays and Productions, Ancient Languages and Archaeology, Student Union, Planet Sustainability and Environmental Issues, Hair and Beauty, Outlook Expedition to Costa Rica, LGBTQ Club, Yoga, Oxbridge Group, Medical Society, Duke of Edinburgh Award, as well as a range of sporting options.

This year, we're introducing Student Lunch at Trinity Church every Thursday:
