2024-25 COLLEGE COACH ARRANGEMENTS

Please note that college coach access is offered on a first come, first served basis and is subject to seat availability and sufficient sales to ensure the route's viability. Applications will close at 5 pm on Wednesday 4 September so that student ID cards can be processed ready for the induction days on Friday 6 and Monday 9 and start of term on Tuesday 10 September. 

COST

The cost of the college-run coach for the 2024-25 academic year is £950.00. Payment can be paid in full or in two instalments. If paying via instalments, a first payment of £475.00 will need to be paid to secure a space on the coach followed by a second payment of £475.00 due 1 November 2024 via Parent Pay (Parent Pay account details will be issued to new students during the first few weeks of term).

Please email a request for the coach application form to transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk with the student's full name, preferred coach and stop details 

  1. Request the college-run coach application form from transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk.
  2. Complete the college-run coach application form
  3. Make payment through either Parent Pay, BACS or telephone (must be agreed to prior to applying)
  4. Email transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk confirming the student's full name, student ID number, how you have paid and the coach you have applied for (e.g. Samantha Smith, 244321, BACS and OX2)
  5. Once the above steps have been completed, you will receive an e-receipt from transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk confirming your space on the coach has been reserved (please check your spam/clutter folders)

 

**A SEAT ON THE COLLEGE-RUN COACH WILL ONLY BE SECURED ONCE BOTH APPLICATION AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. WE CANNOT RESERVE SPACES ON APPLICATIONS OR PAYMENT ALONE.**

2024-25 Coach passes

No pass, no entry will be enforced on all coaches from Monday 16 September. Students will not be allowed entry on to the college coach without a valid pass and will have to organise their own travel arrangements into College until they can collect their coach pass in person. This is a safeguarding procedure and must be adhered to ensure the safety of both students and staff.

All students must have their lanyard/college ID card whilst at college, if you have lost yours you must buy a new one from Deanfield Reception (£3.00) or you will not be allowed on site.
