No pass, no entry will be enforced on all coaches from Monday 15 September. Students will not be allowed entry on to the college coach without a valid pass and will have to organise their own travel arrangements into College until they can collect their coach pass in person. This is a safeguarding procedure and must be adhered to ensure the safety of both students and staff.
All students must have their lanyard/college ID card whilst at college, if you have lost yours you must buy a new one from Deanfield Reception (£3.00) or you will not be allowed on site.

Students requiring financial assistance with their travel costs may be eligible for a bursary.
Please visit the Bursary Fund page for further information.
Students should apply for transport assistance through their local county council. Official documentation from your local authority indicating that the county council will fund the cost of the college-run coach needs to be submitted before completing an online application. Documents can be emailed to transportandbursary@henleycol.ac.uk. Alternatively, please apply for the college-run coach and make the accompanying payment, we can then assist with the required documentation to submit to your Local Authority for a reimbursement towards the college-run coach fees.
Unfortunately, The Henley College is not part of the Spare Seats Scheme.
