Former Geography, Environmental Science and Ancient History student went on to work for Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services.
We caught up with former student Ben Dunk to find out what he did after studying at The Henley College.
“I studied Geography, Environmental Science and Ancient History.
After completing my A-levels I accepted an offer of a place at the University of Exeter where I studied physical Geography (BSc).
On completing my degree I have worked in various roles within the Civil Service including as a Geospatial Analyst for the Ministry of Defence, a Policy Advisor for the Office for Low Emission vehicles, a Senior Analyst for Her Majesty’s inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) and more recently as the Analysis Manager.
The (HMICFRS) independently assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of police forces and fire rescue services, and provides authoritative information to allow the public to compare the performance of their police force, and in the future, their fire and rescue service.
I am now living in Cheshire with my wife Beth and our labradoodle Beau.”
