Former student Nathanael Lewis will play at Morton College in Illinois for the 2023-2024 season.
Congratulations to former student Nathanael Lewis who has committed to play at Morton College, Illinois, USA for the 2023-2024 season.
Lewis finished with us in 2022, went on to do a further year at Bracknell and Wokingham College before being offered a place across the pond where he will play in the NCJAA. The 19-year-old was part of the college’s basketball academy and played for two years at the academic institution as well as the Reading Rockets Basketball Club.
Head Coach of The Henley College Basketball Academy Ben Fisher said,
“I am thrilled Nathanael has been offered a place in the states and wish him every success in the world. Nathanael’s progression on the court over the last three years has been a real testament to his hard work, dedication, and sheer drive to get to the USA in order to further his studies and continue to play the game he loves. I know he will do a great job and we are all extremely proud of him and delighted to have been a part of his journey.”
