NEW STUDENT WELCOME DAYS 2025

Greetings New Students,

Welcome to The Henley College! Below, you'll find a copy of the email that has been sent to all new students regarding your upcoming New Student Welcome Day. This day is a fantastic opportunity to get to know your new environment, connect with classmates, and start your college journey on the right foot. We know that starting somewhere new can be a bit daunting, but don’t worry—everything you need to know is right here, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Get ready for an exciting start to your time with us!

Dear Student,

We hope you have enjoyed your summer holidays and looking forward to your start at The Henley College!

This email is just to remind you of your New Student Welcome Day:

• for Vocational Students this is on Friday, 5^th September (includes T Levels, Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas, both BTEC and UAL)
• for A Level Students this is on Monday, 8^th September  (includes Applied A Levels)

The first day of teaching (across all our courses) will be Tuesday, 9^th September.

Please be here at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM start on your Welcome Day. The day will finish at 1:00 PM.

The day before your Welcome Day, we will send you the exact room number that you will need to go to. Please keep a close eye on your email for this important information

College coaches will run as normal in the morning, but depart earlier at 1:30 PM. Please note that the BE1, the OX1, and AY1 will leave from the College site at Deanfield but the Carousel 620, 624, and 625 will leave from Hart Street in Henley.
