Enrolment at the College

You can enrol in person at the Deanfield Reception from July onwards during College opening hours. We are open throughout the summer holidays and half term weeks, but please note that the week beginning 29 August will be exceptionally busy as we will be enrolling the full time students – so you may prefer to avoid this week. We are also open during half term weeks and the Easter holidays.

Opening Hours:

11 July – 9 September
(Closed Monday 29 August)
8.45 am – 3.30 pm

12 September onwards during term time
Mondays and Wednesdays
8.45 am – 9 pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays
8.45 am – 7.30 pm

Fridays
8.45 am – 3.30 pm

Postal Enrolment

You may enrol by post for all of the courses advertised except non-X suffix courses where a concessionary fee (see below) is being claimed. Enrolments will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. To enrol by post please complete and sign the enrolment form and send it with your cheque or credit/debit card details together with a stamped addressed envelope for your receipt to the address below. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash.

VAT

VAT is not payable on tuition fees for classes held during term time.
