A programme designed to re-engage 16-18 in an FE environment to develop Wellbeing, Employability skills alongside Functional Skills Maths and English. Learners attending Access to Further Education (ATFE) will have the opportunity to further develop skills across a range of units at Level 1 (Business, H & SC or Public Services) to enable the young person to make an informed choice regarding their progression and future opportunities.

You will undertake a range of Units, which will test your ongoing learning, as well as challenge you to demonstrate your strengths and develop your prior knowledge. Functional Skills exams throughout the academic year- reducing exam pressure and anxiety. |

Working at L1 Level only (Century assessments will determine) and a committed and passionate learner willing to participate in an FE environment. |

You will be introduced to a range of units at Level 1 designed to improve your employability skills as well as your understanding of social circumstances and wellbeing.
Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT at an appropriate level that meets your needs
FE sector tasters to help enable the learner make informed choices when looking at progression routes
You will be given work experience in appropriate companies to begin building your practical experiences and help develop your employability skills.
After successfully completing this course students can choose to progress to Level 2 at The Henley College, go on to an apprenticeship or go seek employment.
