Henley Training Company

The Henley Training Company delivers training for young adults (16 to 24 year olds) who are in employment. The training takes the form of an Apprenticeship at Foundation and Advanced level.

We liaise with schools and Connexions to find suitable employees for local businesses. The Henley Training Company co-ordinates the Apprenticeship programme, ensuring that employers are not burdened with unnecessary bureaucracy. We support young adults to ensure they maximise their full potential and we customise the Apprenticeship programmes to ensure that individual and employer needs are met.
