Art and Design at Henley

We offer a wide range of Art courses at The HENLEY College. These include:

Our facilities are extensive. On the Deanfield site we have large open plan studios, and a 3D and Print Workshop. On the Rotherfield site there is a Graphics Studio with a suite of computers for computer-aided design, a Fine Art Studio, and facilities for Ceramics and Photography. There are also twenty computer workstations equipped with industry standard software for the specific use of Art & Design students.

The Art Department makes regular educational visits. In recent years we have visited Barcelona (2001), Paris (2002), Florence & Venice (2003), Amsterdam (2004) and Paris (2005). We also have regular visits to museums and galleries in London.

Emma Alington

Emma Alington

Described as an exemplary Art student, Emma Alington was a worthy winner of the Education Award. She also studied Ceramics and Photography so had to produce three large portfolios of work. Emma, who came to College from The Abbey School, moves on to an Art Foundation course at the prestigious Chelsea School of Art.
