I haven’t applied yet, what should I do?

Please submit an online application by visiting our website. Please ensure you submit a valid email address and phone number which we can use to contact you if needs be.

When and how do I enrol?

You can enrol to the College from 10am on Thursday 24th August to 12:30pm on Friday 25th August. If you have been given a conditional offer, then please log back into our Student Enrolment Desk using your application log in details you used to create your application and upload a copy of your GCSE Results Statement. You will then receive further guidance from the College in regard to your enrolment journey and what your next steps should be via email/text. Please ensure you are contactable via phone, text and email. You can gain further details about how to enrol and the process in The Student Enrolment Guide which was sent via email but can also be found on our website.

I am concerned I have not met the entry requirements for my chosen course?

Please do not worry, there is a place for you at The Henley College and we will endeavour to find the right course for you. Please still log back into our Student Enrolment Desk using your application log in details you used to create your application and upload you’re a copy of your GCSE Results Statement. After you have completed this stage, please create an enquiry, found in the top left of the screen, and choose the category ‘Underqualified’ and state your query. A member of the Enrolment Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible so please remain contactable via text, phone call or email.

I want to change my course choice; how do I do this?

Please continue with the first stage of the enrolment process by logging into our Student Enrolment Desk using your application log in details you used to create your application and upload a copy of your GCSE Results Statement. After you have completed this, please create an enquiry, found in the top left of the screen, and choose the category and choose the category ‘Changing Course Option’ and state what you wish to amend. A member of the Enrolment Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm any changes so please remain contactable via text, phone call or email.

I can’t remember my password to log in to my online application account to enrol.

You can reset your password using the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link on your student dashboard (Sign in (henleycol.ac.uk). The password reset email will go to the email address used to create the application. If you have anything problems, please contact Admissions before enrolment begins.

I am really struggling to log in to my online application account to be able to enrol. I am not sure what is going wrong.

Please do not panic. There is plenty of time to enrol and your application will not be lost or forgotten. Please email admissions@henleycol.ac.uk with your full name so we can look into this for you.

I have uploaded everything and still haven’t heard from the college?

Please do note that we have received a huge quantity of enrolments and are working through these as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your emails, including your junk box, for further updates which will be sent as soon as possible. If you are still in doubt, please do email admissions@henleycol.ac.uk

I can’t enrol during the enrolment times given?

Please do not worry and contact admissions@henleycol.ac.uk and we can arrange an alternative time for you.

Where can I find The Student Enrolment Handbook?

This would have been emailed to you, so do check your inbox and junk folder. It can also be found on the website, in the ‘Your Future at Henley’, in the ‘Enrolment Information’ area.

I have heard I need a DBS for my course?

For our T-Level Health and Level 3 Health and Social Care course, you will need to complete a successful Enhanced DBS check; this is a course requirement. Your course teacher will provide more information on this once you start the course.

How can I receive help about transport to the College?

The majority of our students travel to The Henley College every day on public buses and trains as well as coaches subsidised by the College. Please visit the College’s Transport page for details on how to purchase reduced rate tickets on public transport and how to apply for the college-run coaches. To apply for a space on one of our college coaches, you must complete an application, available on the College website. Please note that College coach access is offered on a first come, first served basis and is subject to seat availability and sufficient sales to ensure the route's feasibility. As such please order your coach pass as soon as possible to secure your seat and establish the route’s viability.

How do I apply for financial assistance?

Students requiring financial assistance with their travel costs may be eligible for a bursary. Please visit the College’s website for further information on travel grants, Free School Meals and Vulnerable Bursaries.

What support can I receive when I enrol to the College?

The Student Welfare team are all part of making The Henley College a welcoming, inspiring place where everyone can feel they belong, whatever the purpose of their visit. Discrimination or intimidating behaviour have no place here. If you experience any, we’ll take action.
