Daniel has over 18 years’ experience teaching music in Further Education and as a professional musician. He has directed and produced music for television and stage, both nationally and internationally and has a broad musical background in both commercial music and musical theatre. He also teaches at the Sylvia Young Theatre School where he specialises in vocals.

Daniel said: “I very much look forward to steering the music department at Henley. I have seen many existing strengths and great potential for growth with a student-led, fresh approach.  The aim is to create a department that becomes the central hub for music excellence and artist development within the area, nurturing young creative and industry-related talent."

Daniel is teaching the UAL Extended Diploma in Performance and Production Level 3, which is the perfect course for students looking to pursue a career within the music industry. Students will study all areas of music including arranging, song writing, music for film, marketing and music theory and will benefit from regular input from industry professionals and the use of the College's two industry standard recording studios.

Students studying Performance and Production will be performing at our Virtual Information Evening on Tuesday 20th October.
