A recent potential student who went through the application process, attended open evenings and subsequently attended a student interview as recent as last week, got in touch with us to speak a bit about the college and how they found the experience in general.
After a recent spell of successful student interviews, a future student got in touch with us to express their delight at the experience they had throughout the entirety of their application process. Particularly surrounding the helpfulness of the open evening they attended prior to their interview.

Open days are the perfect opportunity to attend the college and see first-hand what the environment and atmosphere is like. It is important to us that all of our students are happy when coming into college each day, this is why we advocate strongly that visiting the college at our open days and events is a perfect opportunity for anyone thinking of joining the Henley College as you can experience the college in all its glory yourself.

The opportunity to speak first hand with teachers of the subjects in which you are interested in is a brilliant chance to not only learn more surrounding the course layout and structure, it will also allow potential students to meet the tutors and gain an understanding of exactly what it may be like to be sat in lessons, learning about specific subjects of which they are passionate about. Our tutors are on hand at all of our open days to answer any questions, give advice about course options and ultimately to ensure that you have the best experience possible when visiting the college to guarantee that every student understands our ethos of ‘Come Questioning, Go Seeking, Grow’ and exactly what that means to us at the college.

Questions and conversations are not limited to admin based topics such as assessment and layout of the course. The open days open up the possibility to talk to tutors around a subject you will share a passion for, and ultimately allows you to explore topics in great depth. This can allow you to gain a greater understanding of a subject before you have even started at Henley, giving you the best advantage possible when you come to start your time with us.
