Gain further knowledge and skills in your chosen discipline, gain a foundation qualification for your arts university course or embrace a new creative direction in your life
Successfully launched in September 2020, this one year course will provide students with the opportunity to develop skills in a range of media including in dark room photography, virtual reality film making, art direction and visual marketing.
Designed to encourage students’ creative experimentation, the Level 4 Creative Arts Foundation Diploma is an excellent stepping stone to either entry into the arts industries for those who have already completed a creative subject in Art, Textiles, Photography or Film, progression to a higher education course that requires a foundation year or for those simply looking for a new direction in life.
Students will build on their skills in the first five months of the course before embarking on a final project of their choosing, showcasing their skills in the discipline they are most passionate about.
An end of year exhibition will be held at the College to showcase the amazing creative talents of the students taking this course.
Applicants will be invited to interview where they will need to produce a portfolio of creative work and a short statement detailing why they want to complete this course.
