Sophie's Medway U18 Girls Rugby Team won the 'Young Team of the Year' Gold award last week at the Medway Sports Awards where she was also one of eight finalists in the Junior Sports Person of the Year category from eighteen nominations. The awards took place at Rochester’s Corn Exchange.

Sophie, who lives in Faversham, Kent, and attended The Abbey School, is studying an Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Sciences and is on the Elite Girls Rugby programme.
