BTEC Performing Arts students have taken part in a workshop with former student Dominic Anderson.
Following the workshop, Dominic gave a talk on training in HE and working in the industry. The students found the session incredibly useful, and they had lots of both thoughtful and intelligent questions for Dom which he answered with great insight and advice.
Dominic remarked on how much fun he had working with the students, and how talented they were. Programme Leader for Performing Arts, Tara Bloomfield, commented: “This was a great experience for the students and one we plan on continuing in years to come.”
Dominic studied the BTEC in Performing Arts at Henley before leaving to complete a degree at London Arts Educational School. His first professional role was in the musical Cats, and he is currently playing Rocky, in the touring production of The Rocky Horror Show.
