It's Oxford for Bryony

Bryony Schroeder achieved A*, A*, A*, A for Economics, English Language and Literature, the EPQ and Classical Civilisations and is off to the University of Oxford.

“I really enjoyed the independence of being at College and the support that was available if you needed it, but it was never forced on you.

I really enjoyed all my classes as they were quite small and I could engage with the other students during discussions.”

Bryony was also this year's Education Award winner for Economics. Here's what her teacher, Paul Morse, had to say about her:

"Bryony has been a consistently excellent student of economics at the college and fully deserves this award.

Always willing to contribute to lesson activities and help others in the class, she has proved herself particularly able with regard to thorough analysis and evaluation in her essay writing.

Moreover throughout the pandemic she has risen to the challenge of more independent learning to supplement online teaching.

Her next step is Oxbridge and I am very confident she will again excel in the stimulating academic environment. Good luck Bryony !"

Well done Bryony!
