Foundation Learning Student Alexei tells us why he chose The Henley College

“I’m Alexei and I come from Henley. I joined The Henley College in September to study the Access to Learning Foundation course.

My first impression of the College was that it is very warm and welcoming, and I feel comfortable in my work.

I chose to come to Henley as I had heard good things, and the Foundation course appealed to me.

My course is helping me to find and explore my interests, and every day is a pleasure.

The College is helping me achieve to the best of my abilities, and my advice to anyone aged 15-16 thinking about their future is to persevere with what interests you most and trust your judgment.”

Alexei has a keen interest in photography and has been helping the marketing team by taking photos of the recent Pathways bake sale and Christmas shop, and has also shared some pictures he took of Henley in the snow last year.
