Ella’s Kitchen Founder visits The Henley College

Paul Lindley the founder and CEO of local business, Ella’s Kitchen, visited the Henley College last week to give the final public lecture of this academic year.

Mr Lindley founded the baby and toddler food brand Ella’s Kitchen in 2006, the UK’s No 1 baby food brand with a turnover of more than $100 million. The company is focused on purpose as well as profit and has been instrumental in leading a campaign on childhood hunger and obesity with its Averting a Recipe for Disaster project.

The talk was introduced by students from the Business programme area and was attended by a range of staff and students from across the College.  Mr Lindley gave an engaging talk about his career path and what led him to start Ella’s Kitchen and more recently, Paddy’s Bathroom.

Mr Lindley is an ambassador for the Family and Childcare Trust, a Counsellor at One Young World, and a passionate, effective and vocal advocate for entrepreneurship, the evolution of capitalism so it better serves all of society and for children’s rights.
