Dr Tamara Russell Lecture

Dr Tamara Russell visited Henley on Wednesday 19 November to give a public lecture. Tamara is the Director of the Mindfulness Centre of Excellence, London and Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London.

As a clinical psychologist, martial artist and neuroscientist, Tamara brings a unique, multiple-level perspective to her mindfulness teaching, therapy, and research. Her particular interest is in the embodiment of mindfulness and this lies at the heart of her two training programs 'The Art of Mindfulness' and 'Body In Mind Training'.

The College has been fortunate to welcome many high profile and influential speakers. Previous guests have included Lord Robert Winston, Terry Waite, Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Dame Anita Roddick, Sir Steve Redgrave and Dr David Starkey.
