The Henley College is delighted to announce a recently formed partnership with The Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Chartered Body for Management and Leadership. The Institute have been working with businesses and education providers for over 75 years to inspire people to become skilled, confident and successful managers and leaders.
Through this new partnership, the College is now offering the CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership, as part of their adult education programme. The qualification is aimed at practicing and aspiring managers who want to build and enhance their skillset for supervising or managing a team. Combining both online and in-person teaching, this part-time course will teach students to set and monitor goals and objectives, provide instruction, direction and guidance, and to successfully lead day-to-day operational and project activities.
The 26 week-long course will be delivered in partnership with Mindful Education, and is co-funded by The Henley College, enabling students to benefit from a reduced course fee of £350.
