Course Overview

Psychology is the study of the relationship between behaviour, performance and mental processes. Applied psychology is the application of this knowledge in order to understand events, treat mental health issues, improve sporting performance, and understand how children develop and how to treat criminals.

This qualification is equivalent in size to 1 A level and it has been designed as one third of a typical study programme, normally alongside A levels or other applied general qualifications at level 3.

Coursework (50%) Exam (50%)

Duration: 2 years
Entry requirements:

Standard Entry Requirements to include GCSE grade 4 in English and 4 in Mathematics
