We are delighted to announce that 3 of our Modern Languages Students have been successful with their application for a place on the Languages Scholars’ programme run by Reading University.
Laura Judge (German student), Isabella Gubinelli (German student) and Olivia Olhausen (French student) will be invited to attend special conferences at Reading University (masterclasses led by academics) which are designed to give them some extra tuition in their chosen language, as well as the opportunity of meeting undergraduate students. They will also have the option to shadow second year university students to gain an insight into what it means to study modern languages at university.
We hope that they will enjoy the experience and be inspired to continue with the study of German/French after College.
