Katie wins Apprentice of the Year

Katie Chegwin has won Apprentice of the Year at the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards! At the industry event last night at Blenheim Palace, Katie also won the Higher Apprentice of the year!

Katie joined Oxford Clinical Trials Research Unit (OCTRU) in October 2015 at University of Oxford as an Apprentice Clinical Trial Support Officer. In her three-year training post, she works to support the administration of the OCTRU training programme as well as assisting on a variety of studies for the different units within OCTRU.

By the end of the 3 years she will have attained a Level 4 advanced apprenticeship in Business Administration and therefore gained the necessary skills and experience for the role and been an effective member of the OCTRU team.

Huge congratulations to Katie and many thanks to Oxfordshire Apprenticeships and all the sponsors.
