Train Information

There is a train service from Twyford to Henley-on-Thames (hourly, but more frequently at peak morning and afternoon times) see timetables at www.nationalrail.co.uk  with connections from Twyford to Reading, Maidenhead and Slough.

Royal Borough Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM):   Students living in the RBWM Council area unable to do their chosen course nearer home may apply to their Council to purchase a student reduced-fare rail card which will enable students to travel by train to College at reduced-fare prices. Information and application forms will be available at the end of June, please see here for further information or telephone 01628 683800 or email transport@rbwm.gov.uk

Students should purchase their own train season ticket from the local railway station.

Slough:  Slough Borough Council offer limited subsidised transport if eligible, application forms are available from Slough Borough Council website. Alternatively telephone 01753 875729. There is a good train service from Slough to Henley (change at Twyford).

West Berkshire:  Students aged 16 – 19 travelling by train may be able to purchase an annual train pass from West Berkshire Council at a subsidised cost (not valid for use outside College hours).
