COLLEGE CHARTER
Our Charter lists our commitments to you. We aim to provide a high quality service in all that we do. When you enrol at The HENLEY College you will sign a contract setting out your obligations as a student and our commitments to you as a College. We also have a complaints procedure.

LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND DISABILITIES
The College aims to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all our students. We welcome the new legislation regarding supporting students with a disability and are actively taking measures to ensure the needs of disabled students are met. The College aims to provide facilities that are as accessible as possible in which to pursue educational activities.

SMOKING
The College is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the College sites.
LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS
Many local community groups use the premises and facilities at the College for their meetings and activities. For further details of the scheme please contact the Finance Department on 01491 579988 ext 4053.
SEVERE WEATHER CLOSURE
In the event of severe weather (usually snow and ice), which may affect the safety of staff and students on site, the College will make a decision over possible closure. If this happens during the day students will be notified wherever possible, but if conditions develop overnight and staff are unable to get in to College then the local radio stations will be informed and a message will be left on the College switchboard (01491 579988/01491 634000). See the College website for details of the radio stations. Please check with the College switchboard before starting your journey.
DISCLAIMER
The HENLEY College has the right to cancel any course or combine it with another course or courses provided, if an insufficient number of students enrol upon a course, or if course numbers are not maintained to a level at which it is viable that the College provides a course, or in the light of College staffing. If a course is cancelled, The HENLEY College will reimburse any fees paid, in full, if the course has not commenced, or pro-rata according to the number of hours tuition actually provided by the College. The College has the right to alter the content of any course in order to satisfy curriculum requirements, or in accordance with the instructions of any independent accrediting body, or otherwise in respect of the course, and to alter the timings of courses where it is deemed necessary.
