Wine Appreciation

10 Weeks

Every week we will taste the wines of many wine producing countries or regions and study the history of wine world wide. The students will learn to taste and assess wines and recognise any faults. They will learn to identify basic grape varieties and style of wines and learn to match wine with food. The students will learn to taste and assess wines and recognise any faults. Students will need to buy their own set of tasting glasses from the tutor at the first session, approximate cost £12.
