Christmas Wines on a Budget (2 hour session)

We are spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing wines to drink at Christmas time.  Most supermarkets offer half priced wines and Champagne at a bargain price giving one a bewildering selection to choose from. However, most do not offer any advice to customers who have to make their selection on price rather than quality.

In this two hour class students will learn how to understand wine labels, what to look for in a wine and how to select wines to drink with the richer and more robust flavours of Christmas food without spending a fortune.
