The OCR Level 2 Certificate for IT Users is a computer course for intermediate IT Users. To complete this course you should have some good experience in using ICT, preferably having completed the Level 1 Certificate for IT Users (CLAIT). This is a modular course consisting of up to 8 different topics. You will start with the mandatory module which covers using a computer and its system software to integrate different files to produce business documents. The other possible modules are: Spreadsheets, Databases, Presentations, Digital Imaging, Web Page Creation and Use of Internet and Email.

Students will be expected to pass 3 modules of this qualification, including the mandatory module, in order to achieve the OCR Level 2 Certificate for IT Users.
