The Henley Training Company is a leading provider of work based learning, training and development. Based within The HENLEY College we deliver flexible training programmes that meet both business and individual needs. Working with staff and employers throughout the Thames Valley Area we offer:

Accredited programmes Levels 2 - 4:

Business Administration; Children’s Care, Learning and Development; Professional Cookery; Customer Service; Hairdressing; Hospitality; IT; Management; Play Work; Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools;Team Leading

Management Development programmes Levels 2 – 5:

Certificate in Management; Certificate in Team Leading; Award in Management

Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship programmes:

Apprenticeships are designed to meet the current and future training needs of both employers and employees. They are seen as a high quality alternative to full-time academic study whilst being complementary to skills training development and progression within the workplace.

Apprenticeships are open to those over 16 years of age whether you are just leaving school, have been working for years or want to start a new career. You need to be living in England and not taking part in full-time education.

Training is free for all 16 – 18 year olds, there is also funding for other age groups depending on learner eligibility (please enquire on application).
