History at Henley

In addition to enhancing your knowledge of a period of the History of Europe, A Level or IB History should strengthen your powers of analysis, encourage interesting discussion and debate and improve the standard of your reading and writing. It can qualify you for admission to a wide variety of courses in Higher Education and it is valued by a range of professions.

We usually run an educational visit to Berlin in October of Year 2 and we attend student History conferences in London from time to time (according to how relevant they are to our courses)

Tudor historians have the opportunity to visit Hampton Court Palace.
