Children's Care Learning & Development (CCLD) First Diploma (one year) offers an excellent starting point for those wanting to work with children. You can progress on to the National Diploma course, and will have the opportunity to do numeracy and communication key skills.

The Children's Care Learning & Development (CCLD) National Diploma is a two year course leading to a professional qualification in childcare. Students from this course successfully go into employment or on to Higher Education.

A Level Health and Social Care (two years) examines the factors that contribute to good and bad health, disease, the provision of health and care services, the role of the practitioner and good care practice.

The Health and Social Care National Diploma provides an excellent preparation for further professional qualifications in the Health and Caring area. Students can go on to nursing diploma/degree, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, teaching, social work, and a variety of other higher education degree courses.
