About Henley
The College is situated in the centre of Henley-on-Thames, a beautiful market town situated on the River Thames.
The Town
Henley has a long history, being founded in the 12th Century. It has remained a compact town with some beautiful old buildings and a popular market. Henley is a bustling town with lively cafés and bars, a multi-screen cinema complex, a theatre, river trips, boat hire and riverside walks.
The College is situated within walking distance of the town centre, allowing students access to the shops and facilities in their free time.
The River
The College has strong links with the river and offers Rowing as an Enrichment activity to all students. Each year the town hosts the world-famous Henley Royal Regatta at which teams from all over the world compete. This event is followed shortly by the Henley Festival, another vibrant, cultural occasion held on the riverside Regatta Meadows.
