Mind in Henley

Mind in Henley offers information and advice, signposting to other services, emotional & practical support, creative activities, access to resources, groups and subsidised refreshments to anyone having difficulties with their mental health. No referral is needed.

Meet at Kempster Hall, Christchurch Centre on
Mondays 10.00am - 2.30pm & Thursdays 11.00am - 2.30pm
and at Caffe Nero, Bell Street on Thursdays 5.00 - 7.00pm.
