Sandra Wickens is a Programme Leader at the College and has taught for 23 years. Sandra has been an examiner for GCSE Geography, and is currently teaching A Level and IB.

The direct exchange of ideas and looking at each other's resources is the key to successful teaching.

The Department has been able to help a trainee teacher from Bracknell and Wokingham College, with lesson observation and a language and communication assignment, and visiting IB staff from Brockenhurst College and Colchester Sixth Form College, with resource material and guidance.
