The level 4 qualification takes the knowledge and experience of the learners and challenges them in both their daily practice and theoretical understanding. It will support learners who are looking to develop their leadership and specialist skills for use in their current role, or in preparation to take on specialist roles such as Special Educational Needs Coordinator or a Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator.
How long does it take?
This is a 12 month course which consists of a total of 6 class sessions, which run every 6-8 weeks. Direct assessor support is also given through visits to your setting.
Who is it for?
This qualification is designed for anyone who is already level 3 qualified , are aged 19+, and who are currently working in a position of leadership within their setting, e.g. room lead; deputy; manager.
Sessions will run in both Henley and High Wycombe.
Cost: £850 – Learner Loans are available, some local councils are offering bursaries
