Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew

 

This course allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the Air Cabin Crew sector.

It serves as a technical certificate, in the Aviation Apprenticeship framework.

You will be able to have the underpinning knowledge to operate on an aircraft as Air Cabin Crew.

Your programme of study includes units related to Working as cabin crew, Airline, health, safety and security, Aircraft emergency situations, Dealing with passengers on board an aircraft, Cabin service – selling techniques, Making passenger announcements on board aircraft, Employment rights and responsibilities in the passenger transport sector.

Students are also required to complete relevant external courses, which are a part of their syllabus.

This practical, work-related course is demanding in terms of the coursework required from you. Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are vitally important to be successful. You will be assessed continuously through projects and assignments based on real life scenarios, with some supervised assessments. Assessments are varied and include presentations, group work, role plays and written reports.

One assignment for each of the six mandatory units
