The Level 4 Certificate takes the knowledge and skills of the learner and challenges them in both their daily practice and theoretical understanding. It also supports learners in a position of leadership within the setting e.g. Room Leader. This qualification is designed for qualified staff who are looking to develop leadership and specialist skills for use in their current role, or in preparation to take on a specialist role such as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator or Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator. Learners must complete 5 mandatory units and a selection of optional units to achieve the qualification.
|Suitable For:||Learners aged 18 and over who are currently employed as a Level 3 Practitioner. Learners must be working in a mentoring role such as a room leader, in management or be responsible for students.|
