POSITION: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION APPRENTICE AT INVESCO
LOCATION: HENLEY ON THAMES
Brief overview of the role: A fantastic opportunity to join an international business. Working for Mace Macro you will be a key member of the reception team based in their client Invesco Perpetual Ltd. With a confident manner and a professional communicator you will meet and greet visitors, answer and direct switchboard calls plus book meeting rooms.
Vacancy description: A fantastic opportunity to join the reception team with Mace Macro's client Invesco Perpetual in their offices in Henley-On-Thames. No two days will be the same as you perform a variety of tasks from the central reception desk. Meeting and greeting visitors, you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to employees and visitors alike.
This apprenticeship provides exposure to many different administrative tasks, enabling you to learn in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Duties to include:
•Answering and directing switchboard calls
•Reception meet and greet
•Answering travel booking enquiries
•Booking meeting room space and coordinating events using in house system
•General admin tasks
•Good people skills
•A confident manner
•Flexible and adaptable approach to duties and shift patterns
•Good team player
GSCEs (or equivalent) grades A*-C/9-4 in English and maths
POSITION: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR APPRENTICE AT THE HEIGHTS PRIMARY SCHOOL
Brief overview of the role
The role would provide the opportunity to gain experience of administrative in a school office environment working in a busy but friendly team of people, enabling the development of skills by undertaking an intermediate apprenticeship in business administration.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- day-to-day administration duties and assistant to operations director
- good communicator
- ability to learn new technologies and processes
- ability to prioritise your workload
- attention to detail
- it would also be desirable if you have experience of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel)
- No specific qualifications required. However, English, maths, and ICT GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A*-C would be beneficial.
