Your daily responsibilities will include:

Position:  Apprentice Chef

This beautiful 17th century pub is looking for someone who has a genuine interest in being a chef.  Your day to day tasks will be anything from preparing vegetables to preparing fish and meat.  This position will also give you the opportunity for presenting and plating up, meaning you will get full exposure to life as a chef.

Your day to day duties will include:

Position:  Apprentice Kitchen Porter

Position:  Apprentice Front of House

Location:  Playhatch

This vacancy is for someone who is passionate about working in a pub environment and happy to talk to the many customers they will be faced with.  You will also need to be able to handle alcoholic beverages within the bar they will be helping to run.

During the apprenticeship the you will deal with things like serving customers food and beverages, also you will be taking food orders from customers and passing them onto the head chef for them to prepare.  They will also help to keep the cleanliness of the kitchen up and running whilst helping to restock when running low.

Desired skills:  

You should be good with using the phone and be a good communicator.  You must also be good with handling money as you will need to deal with customers bills.

Personal qualities:

You must have good customer service skills, be friendly and a happy person to be around. You must also have good speaking and listening skills.

Future prospects:  A full time job opportunity with a view to becoming a bar manager further down the line.

Position:  Executive Head Housekeeper Apprentice

This luxury hotel and spa based just outside Marlow are looking for someone with a good attention to detail to look after their bedrooms.  They will provide COSHH training as well as the importance of the thigh standards required.
