Sector Manager for Business Skills Department (Full-time or Part-time)
We are looking to appoint a Sector Manager who can contribute to the continuing success of our suite of business qualifications including Business Administration, Levels 2-4, Management Level 3 and 5, Team Leading, Marketing, Customer Service, Functional Skills and TAQA. We plan to grow our offer over the next 3 years to include IT, Sales, AAT and other professional qualifications. Responsibilities include line management of a team of trainers and assessors.
This applicant will be enthusiastic and ideally have relevant industry experience in business and have experience of leading the Internal Quality Assurance function across a range of qualifications. Management experience or qualification is desirable.
· Assessor qualification
· Internal Quality Assurer qualification: L4 Certificate in Lead the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment, or 3 years’ experience of leading Internal Quality Assurance
The salary will be up to £34,038 per annum (pro rata for Part Time).
