The Henley College is looking for an exceptional leader with outstanding financial capabilities, estate management skills and a capacity and appetite for managing change and people.
We are a 2000 plus learner college with a £12 million turnover and big ambitions for future growth and development. Our current offer includes 37 A level subjects, a wide range of Extended Diplomas and a growing number of technical and professional apprenticeships from Level Two upwards. Our results are excellent and getting better every year as is our recruitment. We are right at the heart of our community and constantly looking for ways to build and grow for the benefit of our learners and other stakeholders.
The College is steeped in tradition and very proud of it, but we are also very much forward looking with a finely tuned strategic direction and a clear vision for our future. We are looking for the right person to join the senior team as Executive Director, Finance and Operations at this critical time in our progress.
You will be someone with a positive approach, an ability to work collaboratively on innovative solutions and to ensure that our core functions continue to be of the highest quality at a time of change. Our motto, adopted from the former King James grammar school that occupied part of our site is “Come questioning, go seeking, grow.” This philosophy underpins everything we do.
